Congratulations to CAE and our fantastic partners that made this project a success, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dermody Properties (Developer) project team led by John Ramous and Jim Nass<\/li>\n<li>The United Construction preconstruction team of Mark Duran, Keith Deutscher, and Paul Laird, and construction team of Dane Horton, Wendy Orcutt, Audrey Mackey, Michael Richardson, Chris Casanova, and Colton Brock<\/li>\n<li>CAE Team led by Danny Neubarth, Ash Zare, and Jestina Mahon<\/li>\n<li>Figurr \/ JL Richards Team (CAE programming Architect \/ MEP Engineers ) led by Keith Johnson Figurr, Rick Rubin Figurr, Bogdan Burzawa M\/P Engineer, and Harminder Matharu Electrical Engineer<\/li>\n<li>Forbes Linchpin Structural Engineers<\/li>\n<li>The design-build contractors:\n<ul>\n<li>Helix Electric<\/li>\n<li>Gallagher Plumbing<\/li>\n<li>Air Design Systems<\/li>\n<li>Shambaugh &amp; Sons<\/li>\n<li>Southern Nevada Drywall<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Standout subcontractors &#8211; Southern Nevada Drywall, Helix Electric, and Air Design Systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The CAE TI project is located in the LogistiCenter at Sunset Road building located at 6550 South Bruce Street, right next to the Las Vegas airport. CAE is a Canadian-based full-service commercial pilot training company with training facilities in over 35 countries. The 150,000-square-foot Las Vegas facility houses training\/flight simulators, classrooms, and administrative support spaces.
